777ab Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 777ab ("777ab", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ab website located at https://777ab.im and all associated services, products and functionality.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777ab platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to 777ab is accurate, complete and not misleading.

These Terms are supplemented by specific product rules (sports betting settlement rules, poker table rules, slot game terms) which are available within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail for matters directly within their scope.

To be eligible to register and use 777ab, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 777ab strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Location: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the legal position in your jurisdiction.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and not be acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when placing bets.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the 777ab platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, directors, agents and contractors of 777ab and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

If we discover at any point that an account was registered by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be subject to regulatory review before return. 777ab cooperates fully with any investigation into underage gambling on the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on 777ab. Opening, operating or benefitting from multiple accounts (whether directly or through another person) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension with forfeiture of balances.

Registration requirements: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration including your full legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Using fictitious identities, false names or borrowed identification documents is prohibited.

Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 777ab will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — including bets placed and withdrawals processed — is your responsibility unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Verification process: 777ab may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport and driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

• Account details must be kept current. Notify support of any changes to contact information promptly.
• Account sharing or transferring account credentials to another person is not permitted.
• 777ab accounts are personal and non-transferable.

All financial transactions on 777ab — deposits, bets and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign exchange fees are charged by 777ab on standard transactions.

Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, inter-bank fund transfer (IBFT) and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

Withdrawal policy: Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the same account. 777ab does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before a withdrawal is approved.

Fraud prevention: 777ab monitors transactions for unusual patterns. Accounts suspected of money laundering, payment fraud or any other financial misconduct will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities. Any funds deposited through unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods will be forfeited.

777ab offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering multiplier stated in the individual promotion) before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets on live in-play markets, slots and casino games typically contribute 100%. Some game categories (certain table games, jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution tables.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: When wagering with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is Rs 1,000 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at 777ab's discretion.
• Abuse: 777ab reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation or any form of irregular play pattern is identified.

Bonuses credited as part of the 777ab VIP Club programme are subject to the VIP Club terms applicable to the tier under which the bonus was awarded, which are available in the VIP Club section of the platform.

All sports bets placed on 777ab are subject to the sport-specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all sports markets.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, odds changes or system errors are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are offered subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, the bet may be declined or offered at the current odds, depending on platform settings in force at that time.
• Void bets: Bets are voided and stakes returned if a match is abandoned before sufficient play for a result to be determined under the applicable rules, or if an event does not take place within a specified timeframe from the scheduled start.
• Cricket settlement: Cricket matches affected by rain and settled under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are settled on the DLS result. Abandoned matches with no result are voided. First innings and powerplay markets are settled on available play.
• PSL: All PSL matches are settled on the official PCB/PSL result including results determined by the DLS method. No result due to weather after sufficient overs have been bowled for a DLS target to apply will be settled on the DLS result.
• Live in-play bets: Live bets are accepted subject to live data availability. In the event of a data feed disruption, 777ab reserves the right to suspend live markets and void any bets placed during a period of confirmed data error.
• Maximum payout: A single bet payout cap applies. The maximum payout on any single betting event is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 50 lakh) regardless of stake or odds, unless a higher limit has been confirmed in writing for a specific account.

All casino games available on 777ab — including slots, roulette, poker, live dealer tables and any other casino products — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) software or physical equipment operated in licensed live dealer studios. The RNG systems used by 777ab game providers are independently audited and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

• RTP accuracy: Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are sourced from certified game documentation provided by the respective game provider. These figures represent long-run theoretical averages and individual session outcomes will vary.
• Jackpot pools: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are live figures pulled from the provider's network. Jackpot wins are validated by the game provider before payment is processed.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction — including software error, network failure or game crash — all affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. 777ab is not liable for outcomes resulting from technical errors and no payout obligation arises from a malfunctioning game.
• Live dealer: Live dealer game outcomes are final as determined by the dealer and confirmed by the studio management system. Live streams operate 24 hours a day but may be temporarily interrupted for technical maintenance.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game interface. These limits may vary by player account tier, particularly for VIP Club members with elevated limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential legal action.

• Multiple accounts: Opening, using or benefitting from more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, household member or agent acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting coordination, bonus stacking across accounts or any other method that circumvents the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
• Collusion: In poker or any other player-versus-player game, coordinating with other players to unfairly share information, chip dump or otherwise act against the interests of other players at the table.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on the outcome of any event in which you have direct knowledge that the result has been or is being manipulated, or in which you are a participant with influence over the outcome.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools or any software that places bets or interacts with the platform without genuine human decision-making input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings for the amount of the chargeback plus any associated costs.
• Money laundering: Using the 777ab platform to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity. 777ab maintains anti-money laundering monitoring and cooperates fully with financial crime investigations.

777ab reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable product rules;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority;
• Identification as an ineligible player (underage, self-excluded, employee);
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Return of genuine deposited funds: Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse or regulatory hold, any genuine deposited funds remaining after settlement of outstanding bets and deduction of any bonus balances will be returned to the player via the last payment method used for a deposit, following completion of any required verification.

No obligation to return funds: Where an account is closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, chargebacks or violation of these Terms, 777ab is not obligated to return any funds held in the account and may pursue recovery of any amounts owed.

777ab collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 777ab Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data uses include:

• Processing your account registration, deposits, bets and withdrawals;
• Verifying your identity and age as required by our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations;
• Communicating with you about your account, transactions and promotional offers you have opted into;
• Monitoring for unusual activity, prohibited conduct and compliance with these Terms;
• Improving the 777ab platform and tailoring your experience.

777ab does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations. 777ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits to your account;
• Loss limits: Set a limit on net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from gambling (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account will be temporarily restricted;
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 777ab. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ab's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Gambling outcomes: 777ab is not liable for any financial loss resulting from gambling outcomes on the platform. Gambling involves risk and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Technical failures: 777ab is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed interruptions or any other technical failure outside our reasonable control. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned where technically possible.
• Third-party services: 777ab is not liable for the conduct or reliability of third-party payment providers, game providers or other third-party service integrations. Disputes with payment providers must be resolved with the provider directly.
• Indirect losses: 777ab is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss however caused, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits or reputational damage.
• Maximum liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of real money deposited by you and held in your 777ab account at the time the liability arises.

777ab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 777ab platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, or updates to reflect changes in platform features — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 777ab platform shall be governed by the rules and principles applicable to the platform's operational jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions or these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact support: Raise the issue with the 777ab customer support team via live chat or email at support@777ab.im. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
• Step 2 – Formal complaint: If your issue is not resolved by the support team to your satisfaction, you may escalate to a formal written complaint to the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 – Final decision: If the formal complaint response does not resolve the matter, a senior member of the 777ab management team will review and provide a final written decision. This final decision represents 777ab's concluded position on the matter.

Disputes about settled bets: All betting decisions made in good faith based on the information available at the time are final. Requests to reverse settled bets will only be considered where a clear, demonstrable error in settlement is identified. Bets will not be reversed on the basis of disagreement with the outcome or changes in information after the event.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 777ab regarding your use of the platform. Any prior representations, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.
